Fees for S&H are as follows:
 4 inserts/week 1.85/4 set (4 sets are the Minimum order!)

• 5=9.25
• 6=11.10
• 7=12.95
• 8=14.80
• 9=16.65
• 10=18.50
• 12=22.20

Effective this week, coupons ordered must be paid 100% up front by Saturday mornings, or inserts will not be ordered for you. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
