Weekly Walgreen's Scenarios!

January 27th 

I always have RR's left over, but I will post a scenario for you to use if you don't have any and are just starting! 

Coupon Logo to know: 
SS= smart source coupon insert 
RP= red plum insert 
BRP= Balance Reward Points (Reward card from Walgreens)
OOP= Out of Pocket 
RR= Register Reward (Catalina that is like cash)
IVC= Instant Value Coupon (In that tall skinny Walgreens February book near sales ad)


Transaction # 1
Buy Pur-Absorb Iron Supplement 20 pk $10
Get back $10 RR from Pur Absorb
   **If you have RRs left from last week, grab 1 Valentine pencil per RR to make your OOP lower!  (i.e. If you have {2} $3 RRs left from last week, grab 2 pencils, scan the in ad coupon for Valentine pencils 6/$1, then you can use 2 RRs to take off $6!)


Transaction #2: 
Buy 2 Advil Congestion Relief $5 (Buy 2 get 4000 BRP)  $10 
Buy KY Ultra Gel $5.99 Get $6 RR back 
Buy 1 Valentine Pencil ($6/1 with in ad coupon) =.3/$1 regular price=.33 each
Total: $10+5.99+.66=$16.32

Use these Coupons:
Use{2} $2 off Advil Congestion Facebook Coupon (Print twice) --Takes off $4
Use {1} $2/1 KY Product (from SS 12/9 or 01/06)  --Takes off $2

Have cashier scan Valentine Pencils 6/$1 coupon that is in the sales flyer/ad --takes off .15 cents
     **(You don't have to buy 6- every pencil you buy will be .17) 
Total Coupons: $6.15

Purchase: 16.32
- Coupons  6.15
Total due: $10.17 

Use $10 RR from Pur-Absorb (RR will attach to your pencil- which is called a "filler"
Total to pay: .17!!! 

Get back: 4000 BRP from Advil = $4 in points

Here are some ideas on what to do with your RR from KY:

1. Buy Mg217 Psoriasis Ointment 3.8 Oz for $6, Get back $6 rr ! Like Free :) 

OR 
2. Buy any DHEA 50 ct product for $7, get back $7 RR
Use $6 RR from KY, pay $1 OOP then get back $7 RR from DHEA

$10.32 - $4.15=$6.17
